Come and work night shifts in the mobile nursing team within Attendo's HSL organization - Close Care in northern Skåne!

We are looking for a licensed nurse with professional experience and a genuine interest in providing patient-safe care within home healthcare, LSS, and SÄBO. The newly formed team provides HSL services during evenings, nights, and weekends, and we are now seeking a nurse who wishes to work a fixed night shift of 71.61% as well as hourly substitutes for evening, weekend, or night shifts.

About the role

The role of the nurse within the Close Care Mobile Nursing Team requires broad clinical competence, independence, and the ability to act quickly and professionally in various types of care environments. As a nurse in the mobile team, you will perform assessments and make decisions about actions in planned and emergency situations, during on-call hours. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with Swedish nursing license.
• Documented experience in elderly care, e.g., within home healthcare, special housing, on a care ward, or short-term care.
• Good ability to learn and understand digital systems such as digital journal and reporting systems.
• Driving license B.

It is meritorious if you also have

• Specialist training in psychiatry, geriatrics, emergency care, or district nursing.
• Experience in emergency care.
• Previous knowledge of journal systems Procapita, Lifecare, and Epsilon.
• Experience in working within LSS or psychiatry.
• Experience and good ability to handle and interpret medical equipment, such as blood pressure monitors, medication pumps, EKG machines, and other monitoring tools.
