JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an occupational therapist with a genuine interest in teamwork!

In Burlöv's home healthcare, all licensed staff are gathered in shared premises centrally located in Arlöv. To be able to work with the patient in focus, teamwork is a priority for us.

You will be part of a team consisting of a physiotherapist and three nurses. The position involves working with individuals in regular housing in a geographical area in Åkarp as well as in a housing facility.

The team's task is to provide health and medical care within the municipality's area of responsibility. In addition to the team, you will closely collaborate with case managers, unit managers, and nursing assistants in home care and in special housing.

In Burlöv municipality, we work to ensure that occupational therapists do what they do best: work with activity. The goal is to strengthen the individual's independence and increase activity and participation in everyday life. This involves both independent work and close collaboration with other professionals in the team around the user/patient. You will be responsible for activity assessments, training, and assistive device prescriptions.

We document in Procapita and use existing quality registers.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist who sees opportunities and is solution-focused. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities such as teamwork skills and commitment.

We consider it a given to work with a patient-centered approach with the individual's participation in focus. You should also have a good ability to work independently and make your own decisions, while also having the ability to see yourself as part of our team.
