My name is Oskar and I am 21 years old. I have assistance around the clock and am now looking for an additional part-time assistant. Last spring, I graduated from St. Erik's Gymnasium, the national gymnasium for the disabled in Kungsholmen. I live in Lidingö with my parents and siblings.

I have cerebral palsy, which means I need help with everything such as dressing, using the toilet, tube feeding, communication, stretching, etc. I use several assistive devices such as PEG, cough machine, ventilator, Immowalker, eye-controlled communication computer, etc., which you do not need to know beforehand but will have the opportunity to learn.

However, the following basic requirements apply to applicants:

1. Very high work ethic: I am completely dependent on my assistants for everything, so it is important that you always come when you are supposed to and understand that it is an active and important job.

2. Good Swedish skills: Even though I mostly communicate via an eye-controlled computer, I sometimes need to use a manual communication board that you must be able to read.

3. Good physical condition: In several situations, manual lifting is required (I weigh about 42 kg), so you need to be in good physical shape, and I prefer that you are a guy aged around 20-40 years.

4. Very high engagement and empathy: You will be my extended arm in everything, and I need your support and commitment to make my life dignified and fulfilling while respecting my right to self-determination and understanding the role of a personal assistant.

Good salary and other employment conditions. OB supplement and follows collective agreements.

For the right person, there is an opportunity for a supervisory role and a higher salary.
