Souschef Wanted at Eriksberg Vilt & Natur

Eriksberg Vilt & Natur is a unique destination where gastronomy, nature, and wildlife meet. We are now looking for an engaged and experienced Sous Chef who wants to be part of a wonderful kitchen team and contribute to a fantastic dining experience for our guests.

Eriksberg Hotel & Nature's operations continue to grow, and we are helping them expand their talented team with more experienced chefs, who, together with our culinary leaders Peter J Skogström and Linus Hornwall, will develop the business!

As a Sous Chef at Eriksberg Vilt & Natur AB, you will have a responsible role in the kitchen and be an important part of their daily operations. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a leadership role.

Working hours include evenings and weekends, so it is important that you are comfortable with that. A driver's license (B) and access to a car are also required for the position, as you need to be able to commute to and from the workplace.

If you are considering commuting initially, there is an opportunity to arrange accommodation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years of experience working in a kitchen, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience with Swedish home cooking and à la carte.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle responsibility.
• Used to working evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef (preferable but not required).
• Has the right attitude and mindset – humble, unpretentious, and solution-oriented.
