Scandic Karlskrona is located right by the water with a fantastic view of the archipelago. At the same time, the hotel is centrally located with proximity to most of what Karlskrona has to offer. The hotel opened in 2010, and this summer we welcome our guests to a newly renovated and expanded hotel with a total of 255 rooms, 9 meeting rooms, a rooftop bar, wellness with sauna and pool, restaurant, bar, and outdoor seating.

We are now looking for a Kitchen Assistant at Scandic Karlskrona.

What does the role entail?

Your primary role is to support the operations within our food and beverage departments with various operational tasks so that the employees closest to the guest can focus fully on providing world-class service. Your tasks include simple cooking, preparation, plating, and maintaining order in the kitchen and common areas. You ensure that dishwashing, cleaning, and self-control run smoothly and in accordance with food policies, concepts, and manuals.

Who are you?

To fit into the role, we believe you have at least one year of experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. However, your personal qualities and attitude are the most important. To fit into the role, you need to be a good team player who takes significant responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests.
