Job Responsibilities

As an accountant consultant at Novia, you will have a role with great freedom under responsibility. You will work with various parts of the accounting process, including ongoing bookkeeping, declarations, and support in year-end closing. You will have the opportunity to independently plan your workdays and collaborate with our clients across various industries, while receiving guidance and support from experienced colleagues. You will work at their modern office in Gällivare, with the possibility of remote work. You will, of course, receive comprehensive training to feel secure in your tasks.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Assisting in the preparation of year-end closings and annual reports
• Helping with tax declarations and VAT reporting
• Digital management of accounting through Fortnox

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a post-secondary education in finance or work experience we consider equivalent
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in the service industry, such as retail or restaurant operations, is advantageous for the position, as the work is customer-focused. Experience in administrative tasks is also considered a merit.
