Small accounting firm is looking for an accounting assistant/bookkeeper at 100%.

We are a family business where my husband and I run Our Little Office, which today is a happy team of 4 people working with accounting for small businesses.

We have been providing accounting services to small businesses for over 20 years. Previously, we were located on Älvsborgsgatan, but as we outgrew our office, we moved almost 7 years ago to Långedragsvägen.

We care about our employees' well-being and want them to stay with us for a long time, as we want our clients to feel secure with the person handling their bookkeeping.

The person we are looking for will have their own clients, and the job includes:

- managing ongoing bookkeeping

- reconciliations

- payroll

- VAT and AG reporting to the Swedish Tax Agency

- year-end closing

- annual reports

- tax returns

- inquiries from the Swedish Tax Agency, etc.

You should be knowledgeable in bookkeeping, self-driven, eager to learn new things, willing to take on new challenges, and enjoy working in a team.

It is preferred that you have experience with Visma's software.
