Are you a meticulous and responsible economy assistant who enjoys working with both numbers and customer contact? Åmål Municipality Properties, in collaboration with Åmål City Network, is looking for an economy assistant for a consulting assignment through Academic Work, starting as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Åmål Municipality Properties manages and develops properties in Åmål, focusing on creating sustainable and pleasant environments for both municipal operations and residents. Åmål City Network operates and develops the city's fiber network to ensure a stable and fast digital infrastructure. The two organizations share premises and collaborate closely in their daily work.

Åmål is a charming town located by the shores of Lake Vänern, known for its beautiful nature, cozy town center, and rich cultural life. With its proximity to both water and green areas, Åmål is a fantastic place to live and work.

We are looking for an economy assistant for a full-time consulting assignment. The need has arisen due to a temporary vacancy, and we cannot guarantee how long the assignment will last. Your task is to support both Åmål Municipality Properties and Åmål City Network. The role involves a combination of classic economy tasks and ongoing customer contact related to the city network.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with a wide variety of economy tasks and play an important role in the daily economic work.

• Bookkeeping
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Invoicing
• Handling VAT and different VAT rates
• Managing customer inquiries and ongoing customer contact related to Åmål City Network

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish
• Has a basic understanding of economics and can easily grasp economy-related tasks
• We see that you live in Åmål or nearby

It is advantageous if you have:

• A post-secondary education in economics
• Experience in a similar role
