About the Position

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a summer receptionist at the Swedish Maritime Administration.

Scope: Full-time 100%
Start: 2025-06-09 (week 24)
Duration: 2025-07-25 (week 30)

You will be employed by Dreamwork, but will work at the Swedish Maritime Administration in Norrköping.

PLEASE NOTE

This is a security-classified position which means that if you are considered for the position, you will need to undergo a security interview and background check via the Security Police (Säpo) before employment.

Your Main Responsibilities

You will professionally and service-oriented combine the tasks of a receptionist at the Swedish Maritime Administration in Norrköping.

The assignment will take place from week 24 to week 30.

The assignment may include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

Working with the authority's telephone service by receiving, answering questions, transferring calls, and providing information to visitors and employees
Receiving sick notifications
Registering and receiving visitors
Assisting with other administrative tasks within the switchboard and reception area.

It is very important that you have experience with switchboard operations and can perform the tasks professionally, as well as having a good sense of service.

Who Are You?

To be considered for the assignment, you need to meet the following criteria:

High school education or equivalent
At least six (6) months of experience working as a receptionist previously.
Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
Good social skills to meet and assist people
Experience using telephone switchboards and referral systems
Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
