We are located in modern premises in central Örebro, next to the travel center, together with many of the Region's administrative functions.

The Public Dental Service in Örebro County actively works with preventive dental care and Frisktandvård, all to ensure that our residents have the best possible oral health. We offer dental care at 21 general dental clinics and 8 specialist dental clinics. We have a dental laboratory, a public health unit, and an education and research unit closely linked to Örebro University. A total of about 600 employees work within the Public Dental Service in Örebro County.

HR Consultant for the Public Dental Service, Örebro County

Job Responsibilities

As an HR consultant, you will work from a consultative and coaching approach towards managers and leadership. In your role, you will work operationally and close to the business with strategic competence supply and recruitment, work environment, labor law, rehabilitation, as well as development and improvement work. The content of the position is broad, developing, and challenging.

You will have many HR colleagues within the region, and we participate in cross-regional processes and assignments. We offer you a workplace characterized by our values of collaboration, development, and professionalism.

Qualifications

Applicants should have an academic degree in HR or other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent.

Meritorious are:

• Several years of work experience in the HR field
• Experience in independently driving HR processes in a similar role

You are well-spoken and structured, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive processes. You have experience working in a team, work well with others, are confident and well-grounded in your role as an HR consultant. You see relationships in their right perspective and have the ability to distinguish between what is personal and what is professional. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

Our working method is flexible and allows for remote work when the business permits.
