Planner for Elderly Care Home Services

We are now looking for two planners for Elderly Care Home Services!

About the Organization

Currently, there are five planners who plan the home care services. The office is located on the northern side of Hallsberg, in Pålsboda and in Vretstorp, where the planners serve as an internal support function for elderly care operations.

As two of our employees are leaving, we are now looking for two new planners for two of our home care groups. As a planner, you will be an important part of ensuring that our clients receive the approved services. You will have constant contact with the unit's employees and manager as well as other professionals, including nurses and caseworkers. Furthermore, you will be an important partner with the person staffing your unit.

Job Responsibilities

As a planner, you will work with:

• Planning services in Life Care for the home care group
• Maintaining ongoing contact with caseworkers, employees, the unit manager for the home care group, etc.
• Participating in the development of statistics, follow-ups, and reports
• Ensuring that work is conducted in accordance with the organization's goals and participating in efforts for continuous improvements
• Invoicing

Qualifications

Working in the care and support sector largely involves helping and supporting people. Therefore, it is important that you are secure, empathetic, and service-oriented. Furthermore, you need to have a very good demeanor and good collaboration skills with other professionals and the team. Since the work and conditions can change rapidly, it is also important that you are flexible. Personal suitability is highly valued.

In addition, we are looking for someone who has:

• Good computer skills
• High school education
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written form

Meritorious

• Experience in care and support work, preferably home care.
• Experience in administrative work, preferably in a similar area to the described position.
