We are now looking for more positive and driven medical care administrators for our administrative unit, where the tasks are varied and developing.

The relatively new area of operation has a shared operating department, reception, and care department in newly built premises with a high technical standard. Within the operation, there is established collaboration in the Center for Head and Neck Oncology as well as a developed operation in specific areas, including cochlear implants, laryngology, and sialendoscopy. With the formation of the area of operation, two receptions have been merged into one. Both acute and planned operations are conducted here, and there are contact nurses working with SVF flows within the operation as well as surgical planning. The area of operation has a shared operating department, reception, and care department in newly built premises with a high technical standard. Within the operation, there is established collaboration in the Center for Head and Neck Oncology and is a national player in specific areas, including reconstructive surgery. Within the plastic and jaw section, planned, acute, regional, and highly specialized care is provided in orofacial medicine and jaw surgery at all three hospitals in the county.

Job Responsibilities

Medical documentation, diagnosis coding, referral management, mail handling, and other administrative tasks as needed. All MVAs have their own areas of responsibility.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical care administrator, has good knowledge of the Swedish language, and can express themselves well in speech and writing. We value qualities such as teamwork ability, initiative, and responsibility. Knowledge of the hospital's care system is an advantage. Being involved in development and change work is seen as a natural part of the job. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
