ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a person for the role of weighing administrator at Recycling and Waste's facility outside Kumla. In this role, you are the driver's first important contact upon arrival. Your task is to receive incoming waste and ensure that it is checked, weighed, and directed correctly into the area.
During the spring, you will be introduced alongside a regular colleague, and in June, you will support your colleague's vacation substitute full-time. During the vacation substitute period, the work is done independently, and you will be physically alone at your station. This places high demands on your ability to take responsibility, and it is important for the safety of the entire area that you are meticulous and detail-oriented. It is also important to be assertive and able to deny drivers who do not have a valid booking or permission to be on the premises. You will primarily work in Recycling and Waste's internal system Navision when checking bookings and following up on them. You will also use Outlook and Teams. When working alone, you will contact machine operators in the area via radio as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Receive drivers and their transport documents
- Search for their booking in the system and ensure that the information is correct. When you find the booking, you will also see information about where it is going and whether, for example, a sample should be taken from the vehicle. Before they leave you, the goods must be weighed on one of the scales outside your station
- When the vehicle is ready to leave the area, a unloading document has been created, which you are responsible for archiving
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a B driver's license and access to a car to easily get to and from work
- Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently as this is required in contact with drivers
- Is available full-time immediately until the end of June
- Has good computer and system skills and is comfortable using the computer as the primary tool in the job
It is an advantage if you...
- Have previously worked with administrative tasks
- Have studied a field related to Recycling and Waste's area of operations

Working hours: Weekdays 7-16
