JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome to Pilbäcken Preschool, where our work is based on curiosity, security, and the belief that everyone can contribute, as we collectively drive our operations forward. Pilbäcken Preschool is a Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool that operates from a democratic approach. We have a project-based working method where we currently focus on Sustainable Future. We consciously work with our pedagogical learning environments and place great emphasis on a multilingual approach. We connect our current work with process reflection to research, providing us with a functional tool based on scientific principles.

Pilbäcken Preschool is located close to both nature and the city. The preschool's local environment enriches and is an asset in education. The preschool consists of six departments with age-appropriate groups. Here, 24 educators work with 116 children.

At our preschool, the work is driven forward based on the curriculum and our operational plan. Our systematic quality work is based on pedagogical documentation and our inspiring culture of reflection.

We are now looking for a curious, positive, solution-focused, and driven preschool teacher who wants to be part of our community and lead the operations forward. A requirement is that you have experience, good competence, and positive references regarding work with diabetes. This is because you, together with the team, will be receiving a child who needs continuous support in this area.

The position is 75%.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher with experience and competence in working with diabetes.
