Nuvia Nordic AB currently has assignments at all nuclear facilities in Sweden. We assist our clients with qualified services during maintenance work as well as during operation, decommissioning, and new construction. We are now looking for a reliable leader interested in exciting demolition projects at the Ringhals Nuclear Power Plant.

Job Responsibilities

The position of Demolition Leader involves overall responsibility for work management, with a particular focus on planning and documentation. The role includes both personnel and business responsibility. This encompasses managing operational staff, onboarding new employees, and ensuring employee well-being, including handling sick leave, vacation, work environment, and job satisfaction.

In addition, you will actively contribute to and lead the planning and sequencing of the demolition project. You are expected to develop risk and environmental plans, work orders, participate in meetings, create work packages, and lead Pre Job Briefing and Post Job Debriefing as a central part of the safety work.

Education and Experience

We are looking for someone who has completed upper secondary education, preferably in a technical field. You are practically oriented and have several years of experience in work management, preferably in the construction or industrial sector. You have solid experience in planning, delegating tasks, and leading larger teams. Experience in construction projects and familiarity with structured demolition work is an advantage. Experience with Primavera or other planning tools is considered a plus.

As a person, you thrive in a dynamic and varied work environment, and you are responsive to both customer and business needs. Leadership, planning, and structure are natural parts of your work style.

You are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and hold a B driver's license.

The Position Initially, a fixed-term employment of 6 months will apply, after which the employment may transition to permanent. Since the work is performed at a nuclear facility, a security interview, background check, medical examination, and drug test will be conducted.

Application Please submit your application as soon as possible, as selection may be made continuously. The last application date is March 31.
