We are looking for a Junior Document Administrator for an exciting consulting assignment at Hitachi Energy in Ludvika. In this role, you will work with document management in technical projects and support the bidding and engineering teams in their administrative processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to develop within a global organization.
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Wrknest but will work on assignment at Hitachi.
Your Future ResponsibilitiesYou will work with document management in the bidding and project phases, ensuring that documentation is handled according to the company's guidelines.
Examples of tasks:
- Upload and manage documents in the document management system (DMS and SMT).
- Create and maintain document lists for bids and projects.
- Ensure that documents comply with applicable standards and formats.
- Support the bidding team with document-related questions and tasks.
- Improve and streamline documentation processes within the global organization.
- Has 0–3 years of work experience in an administrative or documentation-related role.
- Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems.
- Is meticulous, structured, and has an eye for detail.
- Has a desire to develop and take on new challenges.
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English.
Meritorious:
- Experience with document management systems or database management.
- Experience in bid administration or project coordination.
- Start: As agreed.
- Location: Ludvika, 100% on-site.
- Scope: Full-time, consulting assignment for 6 months with a high chance of extension.
