Do you want to be part of a growing management company and contribute to creating safe and well-managed property management? We are now looking for an engaged and structured assistant property manager who wants to join us on our journey and support the management of properties in Nacka and Vasastan.

About the Role

As an assistant property manager, you will work closely with the property manager and be a key player in the daily operations. Your mission is to contribute to the efficient operation and management of our properties while maintaining good communication with tenants, suppliers, and property owners.

Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance requests and coordinate actions with technicians and contractors.
• Administer contracts, follow-ups, and documentation related to the properties.
• Participate in planning and follow-up of maintenance projects.
• Maintain ongoing contact with tenants/residents to ensure a good living experience.
• Support in inspections and property checks.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in property management, property administration, or a similar role.
• Has a post-secondary education in property management, economics, or engineering (preferred but not required).
• Enjoys working independently and taking responsibility.
• Has good communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Is structured and has a solution-oriented approach.
• Has a B driver's license (preferred).
