Sweden's control of the airspace depends on technical systems and personnel active around the clock, year-round, across the country. The company's task is to ensure that these systems are operational in the right place in the country to enable the air combat forces to fight in the air. As part of the company, you are prepared to solve this task anywhere in Sweden.
As a soldier in the Mobile Company, you will be trained on the technical systems that the platoons are responsible for and the competencies required to solve the group's tasks, such as climbing for high-altitude work and support weapons. You will also have the opportunity to obtain driving licenses for heavy trucks and trailers. In the long run, you can further your education and deepen your skills through, for example, more system training, group leadership training, combat medical training, fieldwork, and extended weapons schools.
The group you will be part of consists of soldiers, specialist officers, and officers. Thus, there is high and diverse competence within the group, and the opportunities for development are good in daily work. The group has great freedom in how they solve their tasks.
