Our client in Linköping is looking for an interim operations manager who will work to strengthen the ability of government and municipal operations to prevent and combat honor-related violence and oppression, violence against women, and the vulnerability of children/adults. As the operations manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the department operates according to policies and procedures and provide support regarding the prioritization of tasks for employees. You will also have budget and financial responsibilities and be part of the department's management team.

It is essential that you have several years of managerial experience and experience with issues related to men's violence against women, honor-related violence, and/or vulnerable children/adults. We encourage you to clarify in your CV how your experience matches this position.

Responsibilities

- As the closest manager, lead the operations and employees in their work.

- Responsible for finances and budget.

- Ensure that the department's work is conducted according to policies and procedures.

- Support employees regarding task prioritization.

- Be part of the department's management team.

Qualifications

- Several years of managerial experience in government or municipal operations is preferred.

- Experience with issues related to men's violence against women, honor-related violence, and/or vulnerable children/adults. Preferably as a manager.

- Available to be hired as soon as possible until December 31, 2025.

- Responsible and good communication skills.
