About the role

As CEO, you will lead the company and play a central role in structuring, streamlining, and developing the business. The role involves both strategic and operational responsibility, where long-term visionary focus is combined with concrete action in daily work. You inspire and engage the organization through clear leadership and create collaboration to achieve common goals. You will be close to production in Motala and work closely with our partners to drive growth and create new business.

Your profile

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who is driven to develop businesses and push them forward. You combine strategic thinking with a desire to be present in operational work. You see and create new opportunities, build sustainable structures, and engage and inspire both employees and customers. Experience from the manufacturing industry or material development is an advantage. We are currently a market leader in graphic operations specializing in the printing and processing of plastics.

Our customers are found in virtually all industries, such as grocery retail, advertising, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and other manufacturing industries. But we work, of course, with all kinds of companies, large and small – regardless of industry.
