Site Services, Accommodation, and Welfare Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Services, Accommodation, and Welfare Manager to oversee site infrastructure, worker accommodations, and welfare services for a large-scale industrial project. This role is critical to maintaining operational integrity, workforce well-being, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Services Management
- Ensure availability and functionality of essential infrastructure such as utilities (electricity, water, sewage) and access roads.
- Oversee maintenance and upgrades to site infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruptions to construction activities.
- Monitor and manage waste disposal, temporary facilities, and security services to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
2. Accommodations Oversight
- Plan and coordinate worker accommodations, ensuring they meet capacity and project timelines.
- Oversee setup and maintenance of accommodations, including utilities and on-site facilities, to support workforce productivity.
- Collaborate with Construction Performance teams to align accommodation logistics with the overall project schedule.
3. Welfare Services
- Develop and implement welfare programs to support on-site personnel, including health, safety, and recreational services.
- Coordinate food service provisions, including scheduling and placement of food trucks to meet workers’ nutritional needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations for welfare facilities and services.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with Construction Support, Site Services, and Interface Management teams to align shared resources and priorities.
- Participate in site-wide planning meetings to identify and resolve interface challenges related to site services and accommodations.
- Liaise with local municipalities and authorities to secure permits and address site-related concerns.
5. Performance and Reporting
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to site services, accommodations, and welfare management.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Document lessons learned and implement best practices to enhance site services and worker welfare.
6. Budget and Resource Management
- Manage budgets for site services and welfare initiatives, ensuring alignment with project financial goals.
- Coordinate procurement of temporary facilities, materials, and services, avoiding delays and optimizing resource utilization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction site services, infrastructure, or facilities.
- Strong knowledge of site logistics, accommodations planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to develop and monitor KPIs to drive continuous performance improvements.
- Competency in managing budgets and resource allocation for large projects.
