Your mission as a site manager apprentice

Svevia has been entrusted to manage the operations and maintenance of state roads within the basic maintenance area of Luleå. As a Site Manager Apprentice/Student Engineer, your task is to collaborate with the regular site manager to plan, lead, and follow up on operations. This involves administrative tasks as well as distributing both internal and external resources within the project. You will be part of a team, but the work is very varied and also requires independent work. As a site manager apprentice, you will undergo a training program that includes both theory and practice, and you will act as a site manager in the operations area. The employment is a permanent position at 100%, with a probationary period. You will report directly to the Site Manager. The place of employment is Arvidsjaur. On-call work is included in the position, and evening, night, and weekend work may occur.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• A technical degree in road and construction operations with grades no older than 5 years. Alternatively
• Experience in road maintenance operations for at least 2 years and has shown interest and aptitude for leadership tasks.

You should be able to express yourself easily in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Furthermore, you have good administrative skills, and a B driver's license is a requirement.

Additionally, you are confident and trustworthy, with a businesslike approach focused on profitability. You have the ability to create good collaborations with customers and colleagues.
