Your mission as a team leader

We take pride in being responsible for the operation and maintenance of the state road network within the Luleå operational area, which encompasses 76 miles of road, and we are now looking for someone who wants to take on the role of team leader with us at Svevia. As a team leader at Svevia, you are the driving force in the field and manage daily operations. The focus of the work is on planning, execution, and follow-up of assigned tasks with an emphasis on operational and maintenance work. During the summer season, you may also lead smaller earthworks and construction projects within the operational area. The position includes summer and winter preparedness with the responsibility to call out snowplow and ice control units. It also involves supporting the site manager in daily tasks such as customer contacts, production management, financial follow-up, and invoicing. No two days will be the same, and you will have significant responsibility and freedom to independently plan your day according to the nature of the assignment and Svevia's working methods. The position is full-time and you will be based at Svevia's establishment in Luleå. We apply a probationary employment period.

Who are you?

To be considered for the position of team leader, we would like you to have:

• 2 years of experience as a team leader in operations and maintenance or road and construction activities
• Driving license B
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing and good computer skills.

Svevia is currently Sweden's largest operational contractor. In operations and maintenance, we manage summer and winter road maintenance for half of the state road network. Many municipalities, private companies, and road associations hire us to take care of their roads and outdoor environments.
