We are a leading private provider of home care services within Örebro municipality. The company is based in suitable premises on Nastagatan and Tybble Torg in Örebro.

We are growing and are now looking for a planner with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. You may have worked in a municipal operation and now want to experience what it is like to be part of a growing private home care company. We also welcome applicants with scheduling experience outside the care sector, and we are looking for someone with a financial mindset.

The role of the planner is independent and central to the operation, and you need to be meticulous, quick, and able to adapt and think outside the box.

A key responsibility is to manage daily service planning in both the short and long term, as well as staffing. As the planner, you will schedule all customer visits in the daily plan for the working staff, ensuring that services are planned according to assignments, prescriptions, and based on knowledge and competence, which requires great attention to detail and being very observant. It is important that you have a good understanding of the Social Services Act and the social services process, as well as being aware of the requirements we work under.

You need to constantly think and act based on the most cost-effective working methods with the company's finances in mind. You should be strategic in your planning, and experience from home care is an advantage.

You have a high school education, master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and have good computer skills and familiarity with modern technology; we currently plan using the Carefox system. The position is on weekdays, and other administrative tasks may occur.
