We are now recruiting helicopter mechanics to our aviation maintenance company.

About the Unit

The 3rd Helicopter Squadron in Ronneby is one of the four squadrons of the Helicopter Wing. At the squadron in Ronneby, we have about 190 employees, both military and civilian. Our unit is housed in modern facilities where the entire squadron is gathered in a common building, and the proximity to colleagues within the unit is a strength. Our own facilities include a gym and sauna, and collaboration within the Garrison (F17) offers nearly unlimited opportunities for physical training and competition.

The Position Offers

The helicopter mechanic supports aviation technicians in the work of preparing and maintaining helicopters. The position also involves handling operational materials, vehicles, participating in the training of conscript personnel, and maintaining your own military competence.

Main Responsibilities

The helicopter mechanic at the Aviation Maintenance Company supports technicians with work on helicopters. The position is generic for helicopter systems Hkp14 and Hkp15.

Qualifications

• Swedish citizen
• Completed military service or basic military training with a passing result

Meritorious

• Experience as a helicopter mechanic and previous experience in aviation maintenance/material/logistics service
• Approved high school diploma
• Driving license class B, BE, C, CE
• Military driver's license
• Aviation Technician Category A
