About the role
We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented Facility Maintenance Technician who wants to work with operations, maintenance, and upkeep in three of our Vardaga operations. You will become an important part of our teams and contribute to creating a safe, secure, and pleasant environment for our residents and employees.
As a Facility Maintenance Technician with us, you will have an independent and varied job where you plan and perform both routine and preventive maintenance.
Your responsibilities
- Interior and exterior building maintenance
- Rounds and fault resolution in the operation's premises
- Supervision of technical installations (e.g., ventilation, lighting, and locks)
- Minor repairs and service tasks
- Ordering materials and contacting suppliers
- Snow clearing and seasonal tasks
- Support to operations during relocation, simpler assembly, or transport
We are looking for you who
- Have experience in building maintenance or similar technical/practical work
- Are self-motivated, responsible, and structured
- Have a good sense of service and enjoy collaborating with different operations
- Have a B driver's license (required)
- Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have knowledge in electricity, plumbing, ventilation, control and regulation, or previous work in care and elderly care environments.
