Facility Manager at Quality Hotel™ The Book – come and write our continuing story!

In the premises where the printing presses once worked at full capacity, we are now writing our own story. Welcome to Quality Hotel™ The Book – a modern tribute to the building's history as a printing press, where industrial heritage meets soft Scandinavian design!

Here, our guests are embraced by earthy tones and a calmness felt in every detail, and to preserve this, we need someone who takes care of the "book" from cover to cover. We are now looking for a practical problem solver with a sharp eye for detail for this new exciting position!

About the position:

• Employment level: 100%
• Start: As soon as possible.
• Duration: Engagement until 20.12.2026 (with possibility of extension).
• Working hours: We are open 24/7, year-round. This means your schedule includes early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and major holidays.
• Hybrid role: You combine facility management tasks (operations, maintenance, reporting faults) with other service responsibilities in our various departments. This means you are a key person who also supports housekeeping tasks, goods receiving, warehouse management, and logistics.
• Versatility: At Quality Hotel™ The Book, we help each other across departmental boundaries. You become part of a team where everyone helps out where needed – regardless of department.

What the role entails:

• Daily operations and maintenance work.
• Efficient handling of fault reports with a focus on quality.
• Responsibility for keeping order in all spaces – from the warehouse to public areas. For you, order is not just a requirement, but a clear part of your professional pride.
• Support housekeeping as needed, responsible for goods receiving and warehouse management.
• Compliance with authority requirements, laws, and regulations.
• Monitoring energy consumption to achieve our sustainability goals from day one.
• Ensuring that the hotel's facilities are always accessible and in top condition for our guests.
