Do you want to work with strategic business development and financial control in an international R&D environment? We are now looking for a senior consultant who wants to drive strategic initiatives, develop operations, and contribute to data-driven decision-making in an organization undergoing transformation.

You will become part of a newly established Business Development & Strategy function where you will work closely with management, R&D, finance, and other business functions. The role combines strategy, business development, and finance, with a focus on developing the organization's working methods, strengthening financial control, and driving strategic initiatives that create long-term business value.

You will have many contact points and work cross-functionally with both operational and strategic issues.

• Drive strategic business development and transformation initiatives.

• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Lead and support strategic finance initiatives.

• Collaborate with R&D, PMO, finance, and other business functions.

• Prioritize and follow up on strategic initiatives and development projects.

• Prepare analyses and decision support materials for management and operations.

• Contribute to the development of data- and AI-driven working methods.

• Ensure effective collaboration between different parts of the organization.

• Several years of experience in business development, strategy, or management consulting.

• Documented experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.

• Experience leading strategic change or transformation initiatives.

• Very strong analytical skills and experience working in a data-driven manner.

• Experience working closely with senior decision-makers and cross-functional teams.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Experience from the automotive industry.

• Experience from an R&D organization.

• Experience with PMO or portfolio management.

• Knowledge in AI, data analysis, or digital transformation.

• Experience in strategic business development and governance.

• Are strategic and business-oriented.

• Have a strong analytical and structured approach to work.

• Enjoy driving change in complex organizations.

• Are communicative and build good relationships with various stakeholders.
