We are currently looking for an Economic Administrator for a temporary assignment with a client in the retail sector in Solna. The assignment starts immediately and runs until January 15, 2027. You will be an important part of the finance department, supporting the team with administrative tasks while having the opportunity to grow and develop in the role.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Handling incoming mail and scanning
• Contact with suppliers
• Requesting copies of invoices
• Handling reminder and collection cases
• Other administrative support related to finance

• Hours: Full-time, office hours 08:00–17:00
• Location: Solna
• Employment type: Consultant via StudentConsulting, with some chance of extension

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on economics (but this is not a requirement). It is important that you have previous experience in administrative work and are not afraid to jump in where needed. We prefer that you are detail-oriented, quick to learn, flexible, and structured. Furthermore, you are unpretentious and have good collaboration skills, as you will work in a small team with very close cooperation.
