About the roles
As a foreman, you work in production by leading, planning, and following up on daily work to ensure optimal progress. You keep a daily log, report obstacles, changes, deviations, and compile invoice basis. Responsibility for work preparation and ordering of materials and services are other tasks included. You communicate and collaborate with staff, clients, and subcontractors.

Competencies and personal qualities
The person we are looking for wants to be the hub of the network and is driven, reliable, and organized. Leadership is important, and you are a role model who creates engagement among our employees. It is also important that you act professionally in contacts with our suppliers and clients. To succeed, experience from the industry is required, either with a focus on construction concrete or ground and water/sewage. You currently work as a foreman, team leader, or have equivalent experience from several years. It is an advantage if you have a university education in construction and civil engineering. A B-driver's license and good computer skills are required. Your place of residence within the geography has less significance as long as you are flexible and can travel to where the projects are located.
