Your main responsibilities

• Economic follow-ups and forecasts
• Handling of Variation, Addition, and Omission (VAO) works and contract issues
• Planning of time, resources, and production methods
• Review of drawings, technical descriptions, and AMA documentation
• Purchasing and negotiations

About you

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in the role of contracting engineer, project manager, or similar within construction or civil engineering. You have solid knowledge in contracting law, planning, and project economics, as well as stakeholder management. You have good social skills, are engaged, communicative, analytical, solution-oriented, and meticulous.

Qualifications

• Relevant education within construction or civil engineering.
• Experience with costing, project management, or contracting law.
• Good knowledge of AB/ABT and AMA standards.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents in Swedish.
• Fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
