YOUR EXCITING ROLE WITH US

As a nurse at OneLab, you are a key figure in our work to promote sustainable health in the workplace – both physically and digitally. You conduct health examinations at our corporate clients' sites and follow up with advisory conversations via video. We are looking for you who master Swedish, English, and Danish, as some of our clients are based in Denmark.

Your work takes you on travels throughout Sweden and the Nordic region, with Stockholm as your base. When you are not visiting our clients, our office in central Stockholm is your workplace. We work daytime hours, Monday–Friday.

Base: Stockholm

Travel: Every other week within Stockholm, every other week to the rest of Sweden or the Nordic region (overnight stays may occur)

Employment: Full-time or part-time – we are open to both

In short, you will:

  • Conduct health examinations for our clients' employees. Read more about how our health examinations work here. (#)
  • Follow up on results in advisory video calls – this is where you make a real difference!
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and conduct health examinations.

Alongside the nursing team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with wonderful colleagues in other competency areas, such as Customer Success, Tech, and Sales!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Are a registered nurse with at least one year of clinical experience.
  • Have a B-driver's license and the ability to travel for work.
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish, English, and Danish.
  • Have a genuine interest in preventive health and a professional approach.

Experience with advisory conversations, ASIH (Advanced Home Care), emergency care, MI (Motivational Interviewing) methodology, or other languages is meritorious. Education or interest in health coaching, nutrition, or health pedagogy is also a plus.
