Handen Health Centre is located adjacent to Haninge Centre, with restaurants, a grocery store, and good public transport connections. We also have rehabilitation services and a child health centre belonging to the unit.

In Dalaro, in the beautiful archipelago environment, we have a small primary care clinic serving the local population.

Handen Health Centre is growing and currently has nearly 21,200 registered patients, expanding rapidly. We have an integrated home care service with approximately 200 registered patients and a designated home care physician.

We have a psychosocial team consisting of a psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellors, and a rehabilitation coordinator. We also have two podiatrists and nurse-led clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, osteoporosis, and elderly care.

We have a minor orthopaedics clinic in a team with a physiotherapist and a minor emergency clinic with close collaboration with the urgent care centre. We run a SMO clinic (coordinated medical care for people with disabilities). We are one of four such clinics in Stockholm.

About the position:

We offer you a varied and stimulating job in close collaboration with different professional categories. We work in a well-functioning team with doctors, rehabilitation coordinators, district nurses, reception nurses, counsellors, assistant nurses, podiatrists, and medical secretaries to create good continuity for our patients.

In our work, we use TeleQ, chat, and video visits, and we use Take Care as our medical record system. We try to give you the opportunity to contribute to and shape development work according to your interests together with colleagues. We have a positive attitude towards new ideas and working methods. Our goal is to achieve good quality and satisfied patients.

Personal qualities:

We are looking for you who have a positive attitude and contribute to a good work environment. You need to be good at collaborating but also able to make independent decisions. You should be interested and have a desire to help drive the development of the health centre forward. The workload may vary, which requires flexibility, good prioritization skills, and a structured way of working. There is an opportunity to work from home with video meetings. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Qualifications:

Licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine with permission to work within Swedish healthcare.
