We are growing and are now looking for a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator for our office in Ystad.

place2place is an online marketplace for reused interior design, with a focus on the public sector. Sales take place throughout Sweden.

For municipalities, we also offer a sharing platform. Here, furniture and interior design can be easily shared and reused internally, instead of being replaced with new purchases.

We are now looking for you who want to work on providing our customers with the best customer service experience. In your role, you will work closely with sales and product supply, where you will help each other with emerging tasks as needed.

Your profile:

We are looking for someone who is structured and service-oriented and thrives in a daily life where no day is like the other. You are the one who follows up, responds, and ensures that the customer feels well taken care of – regardless of whether the contact is via phone or email.

You have good computer skills, work comfortably in Microsoft Office, and feel comfortable in dialogue with customers. If you also have an eye for business opportunities and think that sales is a natural part of good service, you will enjoy working with us.

Industry experience is not a requirement. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, who likes to take responsibility and wants to develop together with us. Responsibilities:

As customer support and sales coordinator, you are a central part of the customer journey, from first contact to delivered order.

You help our customers via chat, email, and phone, guiding them through everything from product questions and quote requests to order placement and delivery follow-up.

You register and administer orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure that every customer has a smooth and positive experience.

The position is full-time (08:00-17:00) and is based at our office in Ystad.
