Content Creator with a passion for business and storytelling

Do you want to build a career within media, content, and business? Do you thrive on meeting people, writing engaging texts, and creating content that truly reaches its audience? Then this might be the role for you.

We are currently building a new digital platform focused on entrepreneurship, business, and commerce. We are now looking for a curious and proactive Content Creator who wants to be involved from the start and influence both content and development.

This is not your typical desk job. You will meet entrepreneurs, business leaders, and interesting individuals, conduct interviews, write features, take photographs, and create content published on our e-magazine, website, and social media channels.

We are looking for someone who wants to develop, takes initiative, and enjoys being where the action is.

Your responsibilities

• Interview business owners, entrepreneurs, and prominent figures within the business community.
• Write articles, features, and personal profiles.
• Take initiative for new features and content ideas.
• Photograph people and environments in connection with interviews.
• Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
• Produce simple video and short-form content (Reels/Shorts) when appropriate.
• Publish and optimize content on the website and in newsletters.
• Contribute to developing our digital presence and brand.

As a person...

You do not need many years of experience. The most important thing is that you are curious, social, and have a very good sense for language (Swedish/English). You enjoy meeting new people and have an easy way of building trust. You are not afraid to pick up the phone, book interviews, and find joy in building relationships.

You also have a genuine interest in entrepreneurship, business, and the people behind the companies.

We believe you have:

• Very good written communication skills.
• An academic education or ongoing higher education studies.
• A strong interest in media, communication, or content.
• Experience with social media.
• An interest and aptitude for photography and digital content.
• Self-drive and high initiative-taking ability.

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience in content creation.
• Photography and image editing.
• Video editing.
• Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar tools.
• WordPress or other CMS.
• SEO and digital marketing.

About the position

Location: Malmö
Work format: On-site
Hours: Part-time, approx. 20%
The position has good opportunities to expand as the website/e-magazine grows.
