Pont Packaging NV is now looking for a Danish-speaking Internal Sales Representative for their office in Lund, focusing on the Danish market.

Job Description

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will work closely with both customers and colleagues in sales, purchasing, and logistics. Your daily work is varied – you manage order flows, follow up on deliveries, and ensure everything runs smoothly from quote to invoice.

You provide advice, follow up on customer cases, and actively contribute to the sales team's shared goals. The role requires a good understanding of the business and a natural sense for structure, service, and relationships.

Examples of tasks:

• Handle and process customer orders, quotes, and product inquiries.
• Provide proactive customer service and follow-up.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain and finance teams to ensure delivery times.
• Support the external Sales Manager and Nordic customers with commercial and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system (Exact Globe).

In addition to the above, we require the following experience and skills:

• A high school or post-secondary education in e.g., sales, administration, or economics.
• Several years of experience in sales or order management within B2B.
• Good computer skills and ease in learning new systems.
• Very good knowledge of Danish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid EU passport and a B-driver's license.

The Position

Fixed-term employment, with the intention of converting to permanent employment after 1 year. Start immediately as agreed.
