Job Description
We are looking for biomedical analysts or biologists who want to contribute to and develop within our operations. As an employee in Hospital Laboratory Medicine, you will become part of a fantastic group. We are a workplace with visions, high ceilings, diversity, and joy in work.
You will have the opportunity to test your skills and continue to develop. Introduction and training are adapted based on your educational and professional background to provide the best possible introduction for both you and the operations. Together with your closest manager, you set personal goals that benefit both you and the operations.
For those interested in deepening their knowledge of equipment and methods, there may be opportunities to do so over time. Supervision of students from Linköping University is also a natural part of our work. Shifts vary and can be scheduled during days, evenings, nights, and weekends, providing variety in your tasks. About you
You are a licensed biomedical analyst or medical biologist. Experience in laboratory work is an advantage but not a requirement. Introduction and training are adapted based on your educational and professional background.
As a person, you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and structured, and you can prioritize your work in an effective and meticulous manner. The work requires that you can work both independently and in a team. You have good collaboration skills and are expected to be engaged, proactive, and together with other employees contribute to developing the operations.

We offer a permanent position at 100%, with start date by agreement. Probation period may apply.
