RESPONSIBILITIES

To our clinic in Borensberg, we are looking for an animal caretaker (Level 2) who wants to become part of an engaged and knowledgeable team. The role is a central function in the operation and involves you collaborating with all different roles at the clinic.

Together with our other animal caretakers, you staff our reception, greet customers at the clinic, and answer phones and emails. You handle administration related to calls, bookings, and other assignments, as well as manage other administrative tasks such as orders, invoice accounting, and similar duties.

You will perform operationally critical tasks such as cleaning, laundry, disinfection, sterilization, and general preparation.

The role is also responsible for preparing for patient visits, providing support during visits, and/or tidying up after a visit. You work closely with veterinarians and veterinary nurses, ensuring both good patient care and an efficient patient flow. You are responsible for feedback and communication to animal owners according to the veterinarian's instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have completed education as an animal caretaker level 2 (vocational education).
• You have passed GKLH (Basic Course in Medication Management) for the respective animal species.
• A B-driver's license is a mandatory requirement for the position.
• It is meritorious if you have one or more years of experience from working in a similar operation.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

• Salary: Monthly salary.
• Employment type: Permanent employment.
• Duration: Permanent, start: As soon as possible or as agreed.
• Working hours: Daytime.
