About the position

We are currently looking for a Medical Secretary for Sveg Health Centre due to a retirement. This is a 1-position role with a permanent contract.

Responsibilities

As a Medical Secretary, your duties include:

• Medical record writing
• Handling referrals
• Some reception duties
• Cash handling
• Other administrative tasks for the unit

Sveg Health Centre offers interesting, responsible, and varied work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone educated as a Medical Secretary or Healthcare Administrator. You should have good experience with electronic patient records in Cosmic and other administrative work within primary care.

You are service-oriented and flexible regarding administrative tasks. You have a welcoming attitude and view patient contact as a rewarding part of your work.

Personal qualities, teamwork skills, and flexibility are highly valued.
