We need more dedicated service technicians now, so we are looking for a colleague to join our team in Nora.

This is a recruitment process managed by Maxkompetens, but you will be employed by Wirtgen Sweden AB. You will belong to the service department in Nora, which is a team of 10 people.

Your responsibilities

As a service technician with us, your work will focus on our Kleemann products, which are high-performance crushing and screening machines. Additionally, you will perform service and repairs on our John Deere road rollers, with the possibility of eventually working on John Deere wheel loaders as well.

Your responsibilities include:

• Scheduled service and maintenance of machinery in the field.
• Troubleshooting and repairing machinery, including work with advanced electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ordering spare parts and technical documentation of service and repairs.
• Inspection and certification of machinery, especially before or after rental periods.
• Training customers in the operation and handling of the machines.
• Building and developing long-term customer relationships through regular contact and support.

The role involves day trips primarily in central Sweden, with occasional overnight trips. You will operate from your home or a nearby workshop with a fully equipped service vehicle.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is social and proactive with a solution-oriented attitude. In addition to being a pleasant and helpful colleague, you should have:

• A strong interest in technology and machinery, as well as a desire to develop both professionally and personally.
• Basic knowledge of electricity and hydraulics, preferably related to heavy machinery.
• Good command of English in speech and writing, and a valid driver's license (Category B).

Experience with construction machinery, crushing, or similar is advantageous, but your willingness to learn and develop is the most important factor.

• Location: Nora (with travel, overnight stays may occur).
• Employment type: Full-time, with a flexible start date as agreed.
