Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you play a key role in ensuring that production and technical systems operate with the highest precision and reliability. The work is varied and spans from urgent repairs to strategic planning and optimization of our facilities. You operate in a technically advanced environment where you combine practical hands-on work with administrative tasks and system support to proactively prevent downtime. Through close collaboration with both internal colleagues and external suppliers, you contribute to a safe and efficient operation where continuous improvement is in focus. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Performing both preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and technical facilities to ensure maximum operational reliability.
  • Strategically planning and scheduling maintenance interventions to minimize impact on production.
  • Managing materials and spare parts, as well as being responsible for good order and optimal stock levels.
  • Working systematically in the maintenance system MaintMaster for planning, documentation, and follow-up of work orders.
  • Monitoring and addressing alarms via the CTS system, as well as handling control systems for critical functions such as FFUs, water quality, steam, and cooling.
  • Managing supplier contacts and coordinating external resources during repairs and complex technical issues.
  • Actively working with quality and safety according to HRO (Hygiene, Cleanliness, Order) principles.
  • Participating in and driving the department's development work by identifying and implementing technical improvement proposals.

We are looking for you who have:

  • Technical education or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in maintenance work within manufacturing operations.
  • Basic knowledge and a genuine interest in mechanics, automation, or electricity.
  • Good ability to adhere to strict hygiene rules and safety regulations.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English to handle technical documentation and work according to documentation requirements (GDP).
  • Experience with GMP, ISO standards, or working in maintenance systems such as MaintMaster (meritorious).
