The organization has recently implemented a new ticketing system and is now moving from a project phase to long-term management. • You work with the administration and support of the ticketing system iTicket.
• You support internal users within operations, guest services, customer service, and related functions regarding system-related questions.
• You assist the team with product administration and product setups in various sales flows and channels.
• You collaborate with accounting to contribute to correct financial follow-up.
• You are responsible for case management with the system supplier Visit Group and follow up on issues together with relevant parties.
• You document product setups, processes, solutions, and user manuals in a clear and useful manner.
• You collaborate closely with the technical product owner, project organization, and supplier while driving your work independently.

• At least 4 years of experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of system administration, preferably within ticketing systems, e-commerce systems, PIM, cash registers, or other systems with large volumes of transactions targeting a consumer audience.
• Experience communicating with suppliers and system development teams.
• Experience in defining system requirements.
• Experience handling support cases.
• Ability to document solutions, processes, and user manuals.
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish.

• Previous experience with Visit Group's iTicket and Citibreak.
