About the role

Do you want to work with search engine optimization at a growing agency – while maintaining close contact with the clients you serve? Then this might be the right role for you.

We are looking for an SEO specialist with a technical interest, a sharp eye for detail, and a natural sense for service. You should have a basic understanding of how digital visibility works and a desire to develop further within SEO, both technically and strategically.

Here, you will work with both analysis and action, while becoming a key person in the contact with our customers.

Your responsibilities

As an SEO technician at Cornea Group, you will:

• Work with on-page and off-page optimization.
• Perform technical SEO analyses and recommend improvements.
• Conduct keyword analyses and report results.
• Monitor traffic, ranking, and conversion using tools such as Google Analytics/Search Console.
• Manage customer dialogue via email, meetings, and phone.
• Make extensive adjustments in various CMS platforms.
• Participate in the development of our methodology and strategy within SEO.
• Help shape the strategy for how we appear in AI searches when users ask questions.

Your profile

We believe that you:

• Have previous experience working with SEO.
• Are meticulous, analytical, and structured.
• Enjoy customer contact and communicate easily both verbally and in writing.
• Have basic knowledge of how CMS platforms work or are willing to learn.
• Have a strong interest in AI engines, how they function, and how to "influence" their responses.
• Enjoy solving problems, interpreting data, and improving results over time.

Extra qualifications:

• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience from an agency or consultant role.
• Passionate about fitness and training.

Cornea Group is a young and rapidly growing media agency founded in the autumn of 2024. In two years, we have grown from 2 to 9 people, and now we are looking for our tenth colleague!
