Are you curious to learn more about optics and eye health? Then we have the perfect job for you. We are now looking for a retail sales assistant who wants to become part of the team at Specsavers in Helsingborg City. The position is a permanent part-time role at 80% with a 6-month probation period. Start date is in September or by agreement. The store opening hours are weekdays 09:00–18:00 and Saturdays 10:00–15:00. We follow the collective agreement for the retail trade. Work is performed according to a rolling schedule with shifts on weekdays and every other weekend. Your responsibilities You do not need previous experience in optics – we will give you a thorough introduction through practical on-the-job training in the store combined with digital courses. After the introduction, you will become an important part of the customer experience in the store, where you welcome customers, explain the importance of eye exams, and tell about Specsavers' concept and offers. You help customers find the right frames, lenses, or contact lenses based on the optometrist's recommendations and ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied and eager to return, while also being an ambassador for Specsavers' goal of making better eye health accessible to everyone. We are looking for you who:

• Are engaged, customer-focused, and ready to take responsibility
• Have experience from the service industry, preferably in retail
• Have experience from the optical industry, which is meritorious
• Are social and have an easy time building good customer relationships
• Have a strong sales drive and enjoy working actively towards sales targets and results
• Are flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Learn new things easily and want to develop in your role
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
