The Role

We are looking for someone who thrives in a manual department and daily customer interactions. You always strive to do that little extra to exceed customer expectations. For this role, you must be able to combine a high pace with great attention to detail. The position requires good teamwork skills, as you will work together with the store's employees to create a sales-oriented and inspiring department. The store has a carefully selected assortment within delicatessen and charcuterie, and all rules regarding food hygiene and self-control programs are strictly followed.

Qualities

We are looking for someone who loves food. You are service-minded as a person and always greet the customer with a smile. You have an eye for assortment, trends, and seasons. You are communicative, unpretentious, and a humble team player. As a person, you are responsible, organized, and have a positive attitude.

Merits

• Previous experience working in a delicatessen department or similar.
• Passion for food and service.

Employment

The position is approximately 32 hours/week, every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Parental leave substitute, start week 37.

Varying hours between 06:45–20:15.

Salary and shift allowance according to the retail agreement.
