We work in teams around the resident with nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, activity coaches, and physiotherapists to offer health-promoting care and support of very high quality. This also means that you have secure support from colleagues, both care staff and other professional roles.

As a nursing assistant with us, you provide individual and secure care by working in a close relationship with the elderly person and their relatives, viewing the elderly person from a holistic perspective. You handle certain medical care tasks based on delegation from the nurse. To succeed in this role with us, it is important that you have good teamwork and initiative skills and take responsibility for driving high-quality elderly care.

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant. You have several years of experience working with people with dementia and preferably have completed Silviahemmet's basic training. To work on the dementia ward, you must have completed Swedish Dementia Centre's training and worked with BPSD. It is an advantage if you have any specialist orientation within dementia or geriatrics.

As a person, you take initiative in work and see what needs to be prioritized from a holistic perspective. You have a high sense of service and are helpful towards your colleagues, ensuring that your tasks are carried out in a quality manner. You are confident in your professional role and are responsible and meticulous. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing and are accustomed to documenting.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a probation period, starting October 1st or as agreed.
