We are now looking for a Nurse for ASIH in the City Center (Garnisonen) Östermalm – Evening Shifts (Part-time/Full-time basis)

Job Description

As a nurse in advanced home healthcare, you have a varied and independent job with standard nursing tasks in the patient's home. You contribute to ensuring that the patient and their relatives become involved in the care and feel secure at home during a period of serious illness. The care should meet physical, psychological, social, and existential needs. We document in the medical record system Take Care and plan care using the tool Mobil Klinik.

Your Qualifications

The job requires the ability to work independently and to take own initiatives. Great importance is attached to personal suitability, good cooperation skills, and a genuine interest in caring for patients in their homes. You are positive, proactive, flexible, and feel confident in your professional role. You see it as your clear responsibility to contribute to a positive work climate. A driver's license is required.

It is meritorious to have experience of home healthcare or advanced home healthcare. Adequate specialist education is meritorious, e.g., in oncological care, palliative care, or as a district nurse.

The position is full-time, 37 hours/week, and includes day and evening shifts as well as every third weekend. We apply a six-month probation period.
