Employment and Terms

Working hours: Monday–Friday and every other weekend
Employment percentage: 70%
Shift times: 15:30–22:00
Employment type: Permanent with a six-month probation period
Start date: According to agreement
Workplace: You will be based at our office in Täby Kyrkby and work within Vallentuna Municipality.

Job Description – What will you do?

As a temporary staff member, you will work in customers' homes with varied tasks based on individual needs:

• Personal care – support with hygiene, dressing/undressing, and mobility
• Social support & conversation – create security through presence and good treatment
• Support in daily life – help with meals and simpler household chores
• Supervision & security – pay attention to needs and contribute to safe care
• Documentation – document according to the implementation plan
• Security alarms – quickly respond to urgent needs from customers who have triggered alarms. We work on behalf of Vallentuna Municipality and are responsible for both standard home care tasks and handling security alarms between 07:00–22:00. This means a varied assignment with both planned and more urgent interventions.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is engaged and wants to contribute to a secure and professional home care service:

• Nursing education (REQUIRED) – you have a completed education, preferably with experience
• Good Swedish in speech and writing – you can communicate clearly and document correctly
• Category B driver's license (REQUIRED) – you are a confident and experienced driver
• Cyclist – you feel comfortable traveling between customers by bicycle
• Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented – you take initiative, work independently, and keep your cool in different situations while collaborating well with colleagues and meeting people with empathy, respect, and understanding.
• Digital proficiency – you use a mobile phone in your daily work
• Experience with documentation – you have good documentation habits
