Who are we looking for?

We are now looking for a passionate chef who wants to work in a team where a service-oriented attitude and teamwork are at the center. With curiosity and enthusiasm, you create flavorful and well-prepared dishes with a focus on sustainability.

The role includes daily work with self-control, having good knowledge of allergens and being able to account for all ingredients, ordering and receiving goods, as well as waste management and inventory.

About Restaurant Tallkronan

MR Tallkronan at F21, Norrbotten Air Force Wing, serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening meals daily to conscripts, employees, and visiting units. We are 12 happy employees who put service in focus.

Since we operate within a protected object, a police certificate (extract from the register of offenses) and a confidentiality certificate are required. The extract must be free of remarks, and you must be a Swedish citizen as the operations are conducted within a military area.

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old
• You have education within the hotel and restaurant industry with a chef focus or equivalent
• You have prior experience in restaurant work
• You have the ability to plan and structure work efficiently
• You take responsibility through your passion to maintain a high level of service and quality in what you deliver
• You see your significance in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating and communicating
• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role
• You speak and write Swedish
• Experience with menu planning systems is a plus
• Category B driver's license
