About the role
You lead and conduct risk analyses and audits within cybersecurity. The role also involves supporting the agency's employees in their work with cybersecurity and data protection, for example by conducting training and working with follow-up in the area. You also carry out systematic improvement work within the cybersecurity field. This means identifying, prioritizing, and implementing security-enhancing measures based on the organization's needs and risk profile. You work both in our agile network organization and in the line organization for security.
The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally. We work with continuous analysis and development of our services, which offers exciting security assignments and development opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to influence the development of the agency's IT security architecture. Ultimately, this contributes to you helping to create our future digital health data solutions.
About you
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with others in various configurations. You communicate easily with different types of people, and it is second nature for you to take responsibility for driving your own work forward. You can explain complex matters in a simple and concise way, but also keep a broad perspective and take a holistic view of your work.
We are looking for someone who has:
- An academic education with a security focus, or several years of relevant professional experience in security work.
- Several years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity within an organization with vital societal functions.
- Work experience with the Public Access and Secrecy Act, the Security Protection Act, the GDPR, and ISO 27000.
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
The following are meritorious for the position:
- Current work experience in cybersecurity within a government agency and/or within the healthcare and social care sector.
- Several years of work experience in data protection and/or security protection within the last five years.
- Certifications in areas such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar.
- Current work experience in security frameworks/cyber defense methods such as NIST CSF, CIS18, and COBIT.
